Dear Guest(s), San Luis Obispo Health Department has issued a Boil Water Notice for the beach cities (Grover, Pismo, Avila, Oceano) and Arroyo Grande.
They have advised not to drink the tap water, use it to brush teeth or to prepare food until the order is lifted.
Public Health anticipates lifting the order by Sunday, 5/4, or sooner. We apologize for this disruption as certain services and amenities will
be unavailable or modified until the order is lifted. We will do our best to continue to accommodate our guests with safety in mind.
For additional information, we have the order printed and our Front Desk will answer questions as best we can.

Our 3 story hotel has 31 rooms & suites, and a rooftop cafe for breakfast.
Convenient stairway access to each floor, please note we do not have an Elevator.
As for the perfect part, we believe perfection is found in the little details. While we like to think of ourselves as one of a kind, eclectic and living fully in the moment, we’ve put a lot of thought into the guest experience.
Our perks range from a daily Coffee House Breakfast to pie and ice cream every night at 7:00 p.m. Throughout the day, you can help yourself to popsicles, popcorn, filtered water dispenser, and beach Cruisers. If you absolutely must connect to the outside world, we make it easy with fast, free Wi-Fi.

Our most requested room because of its view and size. The Avila Experience Suites are our largest ocean front rooms, for when you just can’t get enough of the ocean. Furnished with a King bed and a small separate sitting area with a large flat screen TV, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. SIt and relax in your private balcony.
Thematic Design Suite
Our themed suite features a Living room with a flat screen TV, a two person soaking tub, and a separate King bedroom. Ideal for a romantic getaway for two people. Additional amenities include a mini-refrigerator, and microwave
Deluxe Courtyard Room with Spa
These rooms feature one Queen sized bed, a fireplace, seating area complete with a flat screen TV, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. Don’t forget about the best part; a two person Jacuzzi tub
